Joe
Personal Trainer
Joe has been a qualified Personal Trainer since June 2010 and has much experience in many fields of fitness.
His fitness journey started mid-teens after struggling with weight loss for a few years. His passion for fitness grew from cycling, running, Muay Thai, and boxing.
He then went onto training with a local personal trainer that introduced him to both X-Training and powerlifting. Both of these remain huge passions and he regularly competes in the advanced category of X-Training against inspiring and incredible all-round hybrid athletes.
As a trainer he has lots of experience with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from rehabilitation training through to working with a number of elite and professional athletes.
Managing work/life/workouts/nutrition can be very difficult. With much experience in finding the right balance, Joe would be more than happy to help you find the balance that suits you and your fitness goals.

Want tojoin us?
At Zone Health, we want to attract only the very best trainers. One way we do this is by providing a fair rent-based system, in which you only pay for the hours you use our facilities.
Most gyms work through a minimum wage employed status – where the trainer only gets a very minimal cut of the sessions they work – or a one-size-fits-all rent which is often unreasonable and unrealistic.
At Zone Health, our trainers are provided with a sliding scale rent-based system. So whether you wish to remain part-time or go full-time, everyone has a huge incentive to work hard and earn a decent living.
Our ethos of helping people achieve doesn’t stop at our clients!
