Personal training bulk packages and gifts vouchers are to be used within 6 months of purchase.
Group PT packages. All packages expire at the end of each month.
Direct debits have a 3 month cancellation policy.
Personal training sessions must be paid for in full, if cancelling with less than 24 hours notice.
Bulk Sessions will be rearranged where possible if no dates/times are availiable from Zone Health then the remaining sessions (bar any under 24hrs) will be reimbursed. If the client wishes to cancel then 80% of remaining sessions will be reimbursed (bar any under 24hrs)
All personal training sessions are to be paid 24hrs before the session.
All terms and conditions are only applicable to training with Joe. (Other trainer T&Cs are shown within the meet the team page)

Any fitness event hosted or run by Zone Health and associates – Terms & Conditions

Refunds before 6 weeks of the event date can be refunded in full minus admin/ bank fees.
Refunds within 6 weeks of the event will not be permitted due to the outlays and costs of the event.
In mitigating circumstances the refund will be 50% of the price paid for the event. Alternatively the 50% can be discounted off of any future events up to 2 years maximum.
